OMG, worst facial ever. I stayed and allowed the lady Anna to finish, but I regret not leaving and asking for a refund. She was trying to massage my face, and she put lotion in my eyes, nose, and on my lips. I had to tell her 3 times to be careful and stop rubbing lotion on my eyes. Horrible!! What a waste of money. I will never go back there again.
(05062026) Yesterday was worse massage i’ve ever had in this place, I asked my sister and my wife how was their massage and they both said bad, the one that I have doesn’t know how she keeps using her elbow she keeps going back on same location, never again on this place. ONE star for a bad massage!
If I could provide 0 stars, I would. I’ve never been to this place before and wanted to try it out, and while my mother and I were told by the front desk lady, wearing glasses, that we would be able to do 3pm (we came in at 2:30pm), we decided to wait out the 30 minutes for our massage. I was highly disappointed when I returned to be told by the same person that they moved a few appointments around in replacement of our original booking of 3pm, meaning that our appointment was cast aside entirely. Not the best impression, and I certainly will not return.
I was shocked to visit this place in a few years. I was a regular customer for a long time- since about 20 years ago when they first opened. This place used to have your feet soak in, then massage your scalp to feet where we were getting a foot massage+ body massage. I used to go twice a week, it was that good for the price. When I returned, there was no foot massage just laying face down and got an elbow massage most of the time. No scalp, no feet. Not sure why I was paying to be here. Plus whoever manages the property- the building elevator stunk like urine smell, and there were trash all over the parking lot- this building has become a ghetto. Not returning for sure. This place was full of people getting massage and now it seems so dead, sad to see that.
I’ve been coming here for years. After Covid prices went up. However, I still enjoy coming. I personally haven’t had a negative experience or been pressured to tip more. I’ll tip based on the service I received. Sometimes it’s $10 sometimes it’s $15. The people at the front have been welcoming and nice to me. I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve also enjoyed it. I do miss when they would soak our feet in hot water and give us tea before the massages.
